My interest in photography has been rekindled since digital equipment has become available to me. I now maintain two online galleries that much better display my efforts to create pleasing photographs. I hope you will visit these and leave comments and suggestions.

A camera can be a device that records events and places, or it can be a tool of artistic expression. Automation of photography with incredible technologies has allowed many people to ‘find’ artistic expression in quick snapshots. It’s my belief artistic expression takes much more effort and is ultimately much more satisfying. Within the frame an artist considers contrast, color, light, line, shape, content, balance, rhythm; many more factors that make an artistic photograph ‘work’.
